How to use the Spam Filter & Anti virus protection in Plesk?

1.Sign in to your eWallHost account, go to ‘Account’ in top right side corner and choose ‘Login’.

2.Click ‘Services’ to view the hosting packages under your account.

3.From the active hosting packages listed, click view on the right side of the hosting you need to review.

4.In the next page, click “Web Hosting” button to manage your hosting.

Spam Filter:

  • Choose the option “Tools and Settings” in the left corner.

  • Click on Spam filter .

  • In the Settings, Enable Apply individual settings to spam check box.

  • Click OK
  • Go to Black list, to add IP address in Black list.

  • Go to White list, to add IP address in White list.

 Antivirus:

  • Choose the option “Tools and Settings” in the left corner.
  • In the Settings ,fill out the required information.

  • Go to Black list, to add IP address in Black list.

  • Go to White list, to add IP address in White list.

  • Go to Mail Queue, Click the icon to open the search tool bar. once you want to remove from the queue. Select the corresponding check boxes.

  • Click remove.
