Creating Support Tickets in the Client Area

  • Sign in to your eWallHost account, go to ‘Account’ in top right side corner and choose ‘Login’.
  • Under ‘Support’, choose ‘Tickets’
  • The tickets page appears with options to create tickets respective of the departments – sales, billing and support.
  • Choose the department to which you need raise an issue.
  • Give a subject for your ticket.
  • Choose the domain or services active in your account.
  • Enter the message explaining the issues you face.
  • Attach screenshots or files necessary to explain your problem.
  • Click Submit to submit the tickets.
  • Your ticket will be moved to the concerned team for investigation.
