Creating Support Tickets in the Client Area
- Sign in to your eWallHost account, go to ‘Account’ in top right side corner and choose ‘Login’.
- Under ‘Support’, choose ‘Tickets’
- The tickets page appears with options to create tickets respective of the departments – sales, billing and support.
- Choose the department to which you need raise an issue.
- Give a subject for your ticket.
- Choose the domain or services active in your account.
- Enter the message explaining the issues you face.
- Attach screenshots or files necessary to explain your problem.
- Click Submit to submit the tickets.
- Your ticket will be moved to the concerned team for investigation.
