Managing support tickets created in eWallHost Client area
- Sign in to your eWallHost account, go to ‘Account’ in top right side corner and choose ‘Login’
- In the home page, click the tickets tab or click on the view on the ‘Recent Tickets’ on the home page.
- After clicking ‘Tickets’ tab, the page opens with the list of all tickets created so far.
- Click view on the ticket you want to view and reply.
- View the ticket in the next page, reply the ticket and click submit to send it.
