How to backup MySQL databases via phpMyAdmin?

Here are the steps to backup MySQL databases via phpMyAdmin:

Login to your phpMyAdmin interface using your cPanel or other hosting panel accounts.
On the directed page, select the database from the list for which you want to do your backup.
Click on the Export tab located at the top of the page.
A window will pop up. Enter the required information.
Under Export Method, you have two options: quick-display only the minimal options or custom-display all possible options. Based on your preference, check the check box.
In the Format section, you have a drop-down option to either select SQL or CSV as the format for the backup file.
Once you are done with the details, click the "Go" button to start the backup process.
