Managing support tickets created in eWallHost Client area

  1. Sign in to your eWallHost account, go to ‘Account’ in top right side corner and choose ‘Login’
  2. In the home page, click the tickets tab or click on the view on the ‘Recent Tickets’ on the home page.
  3. After clicking ‘Tickets’ tab, the page opens with the list of all tickets created so far.
  4. Click view on the ticket you want to view and reply.
  5. View the ticket in the next page, reply the ticket and click submit to send it.
