- Login to your cPanel account and click on “Redirects” under the “Domain” section.
- You will be directed to the main redirect page, where you can continue the domain forwarding process.
- On the Type section, you have a drop-down option where you can select the permanent (301) or temporary redirect (302).
- The 301 permanent redirect indicates that the pages have been permanently moved to a new location, while the 302 temporary redirect is temporary and will move back to the original location in the future.
- The following dropdown option is to choose which domain to forward, and in the slash (/), enter the folder name.
- The next option is “Redirects,” where you can enter the domain name that you want to redirect.
- Below that, you have three options provided, such as: only redirect with www., redirect with or without www., and do not redirect www. Select any one of these and click the “Add” button.
- Once it is done successfully, a confirmation message will pop up.
