- Login to your eWallHost account by clicking on the “Login” option located in the top-right corner of the page.
- Then, select the “Services” option to view all the hosting packages associated with your account.
- Once you see the list of hosting packages, select the one you want to access by clicking on the right arrow symbol. After that, you can locate the “Login to cPanel” option in the hosting information and click on it to access your cPanel account.
- Click the Backup Wizard under the Files section. It will direct you to the main backup screen, where you can back up or restore the file from your hosting account.
- Click on the Backup button, and you have the options only to back up a part of your account and the options are home directory, MySQL databases and Email Forwarders and Filters.
- You can continue with clicking the Full Backup button. Select the backup destination from the drop-down option.
- Once you are done with selecting the destination, click the Generate Backup button at the bottom.
- If you receive a notification message on the screen that your full backup is in progress.
- To download the backup go back to the previous under the backup available for download you will see a link to download, click on it.
