How to create additional Ftp accounts in Plesk?

  • Sign in to your eWallHost account by clicking on the "Login" option located in the top right corner.
  • After logging in, navigate to the "Services" section to access a list of hosting packages associated with your account.
  • To access your hosting package, click the ">" symbol located under the "Action" column next to your desired option. Then, select "Hosting Info" and click on "Web Hosting."
  • On the Plesk home page, click the website and domain on the left side.
  • Click on "FTP Access." Then, click "Add an FTP Account."
  • It will direct you to the page where you can add an FTP account.
  • Under the "General" section, enter the FTP account name that you want to create, specify the home directory, and set the password. You can also use the "Generate" option to auto-generate the password and then confirm it.
  • The "Hard Disk Quota" is the amount of space that the FTP account can occupy.
  • Under the "Permission" section, you have two checkboxes: read permission and write permission. Based on your preference, you can check the appropriate checkbox.
  • Finally, click the OK button below. You have successfully created your additional FTP accounts in Plesk.
