How to change your Ftp account credentials in Plesk?

  • Sign in to your eWallHost account by clicking on the "Login" option located in the top right corner.
  • After logging in, navigate to the "Services" section to access a list of hosting packages associated with your account.
  • To access your hosting package, click the ">" symbol located under the "Action" column next to your desired option. Then, select "Hosting Info" and click on "Web Hosting."
  • On the Plesk home page, click the website and domain on the left side.
  • Click on "FTP Access" from the list, and it will direct you to the page where you can find your FTP account list.
  • Select the FTP account for which you want to change the credentials. On the directed page, under the "System User" section, you can change your credentials, such as your username and password. Additionally, if you want to auto-generate your password, you can click the "generate" button below and confirm your password.
  • Once you have made changes to your credentials, click the OK button to save the changes.
  • By following these steps, you have successfully changed your FTP account credentials.
