- Sign in to your eWallHost account by clicking on the "Login" option located in the top right corner.
- After logging in, navigate to the "Services" section to access a list of hosting packages associated with your account.
- To access your hosting package, click the ">" symbol located under the "Action" column next to your desired option. Then, select "Hosting Info" and click on "Web Hosting."
- Click the "Mail" option on the left-side menu. Then, select the specific email address from the list for which you want to enable auto-reply.
- Select the "Auto-Reply" tab at the top, which will direct you to the page where you can configure auto-reply settings.
- Fill in the following information on that page:
- Tick the "Switch on auto-reply" checkbox.
- Enter the auto-reply message subject.
- Under the message format section, choose between plain text and HTML, based on your preference.
- Next, compose the auto-reply message in the text box and set the forward email address.
- Under the "Send an automatic response to a unique email address no more than once" section, select the duration. The default is once a day.
- You can also attach files by clicking the "Choose File" option and uploading them from your computer. If you wish to remove an attached file, click on it.
- Finally, there is a "switch off auto-reply" option where you can set the exact date to deactivate the auto-reply.
- Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the OK button. You will receive a confirmation message that your auto-reply settings have been saved.
- To disable the auto-reply, simply untick the "switch on auto-reply" checkbox at the top and click OK.
