- Sign in to your eWallHost account by clicking on the "Login" option located in the top right corner.
- After logging in, navigate to the "Services" section to access a list of hosting packages associated with your account.
- To access your hosting package, click the ">" symbol located under the "Action" column next to your desired option. Then, select "Hosting Info" and click on "Web Hosting."
- Click the "User" option on the left-side menu. Then click the "User Role" tab.
- On the directed page, you will see a list of predefined user roles that have already been created.
- To create a new user role, click the "Create User Role" button. On the directed page, enter the name of the new user role and grant or deny access to Plesk services. You will see a list of options; if you want to grant access, select the "Granted" button; if you don't want to grant access, select the "Denied" option.
- Once you are done with the access settings, click the OK button below. You have successfully created the user role.
- To edit a user role, click on the user role from the list, make the necessary changes, and click the OK button.
