These are the straightforward steps to restore your site using Softaculous:

• Login to your cPanel account and click on the Softaculous Apps Installer, which can be found under the software section.
• To restore your site, click the backup icon located in the top-right corner, which will direct you to the backup areas.
• You will then find a list of backups. Locate the backup you want to restore and click on the restore arrow.
• The restoration process will begin. This may involve copying files, databases, and settings from the backup. Depending on the size of your website and the complexity of the application, this process may take a few minutes.
• Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation message. It is recommended to thoroughly test your site to ensure everything is functioning correctly. Before initiating any restoration process, it is advisable to have a recent backup on hand in case anything goes wrong during the restoration process.

On this screen be sure to put a check on both "Restore Directory" and "Restore Database" checkboxes in order to make sure you will restore your site completely. Finally, click on the "Restore Installation" button to complete the process. Please do not close or refresh your browser tab until the restoration process is finished.

Finally, you will see a screen, confirming that the restoration is successful.
