- Login to your eWallHost account by clicking on the “Login” option located in the top-right corner of the page.
- Then select the “Services” option to view all the hosting packages associated with your account.
- Once you see the list of hosting packages, select the one that you want to access by clicking on the right arrow symbol. After that, locate the “Login to cPanel” option under the hosting information and click on it to login to your cPanel account.
- Click the FTP account link located in the file section.
- It will direct you to the page where you can create or add FTP accounts.
- In the login box, enter the username of the FTP user. On the right-hand side, you can see your domain name, which is added by default.
- Next, you have the option to set the password manually or use the auto-generate feature, which creates a strong password for your account.
- Below that, you will find a directory where you can enter if you want to add it. You can enter it, and next, the quota is the limit for uploading files. Here, you have two options. One plan offers 2000 MB of data, while the other plan offers unlimited data.
- Once you have finished entering the details, you can click on “Create FTP Account.” The message pops up on the screen, notifying that the account has been created.
- The FTP accounts that have been created will be displayed below on the same page as “Special FTP Accounts.”
