Setting up CNAME Record:
- Login to your cPanel account.
- Navigate to “Simple DNS Zone Editor.”
- Choose the domain you want to set up for Google Calendar.
- In the “Add a CNAME Record” section, enter “calendar” in the “Name” field.
- Enter “ghs.google.com” in the “CNAME” field.
- Click “Add a CNAME record” to confirm the addition.
Changing Google Calendar URL:
- Go to your Google Apps Dashboard and select “Calendar.”
- In the Web address section, click “Change URL.”
- Select the second option and type your desired subdomain name (e.g., “calendar”).
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
- Confirm completion by clicking “I've completed these steps.”
- After Google Calendar is set up and DNS changes propagate, you'll access it at http://calendar.yourdomainname.com.
