How do I create an Autoresponder in DirectAdmin?

  • Login to your eWallhost account by clicking on the "Login" option in the top-right corner of the webpage.
  • After logging in, navigate to the "Services" option to access a list of hosting packages associated with your account.
  • To access your hosting package, click the ">" symbol next to your desired option, select "hosting info," and then click "Login to DirectAdmin."
  • In the DirectAdmin control panel, locate and click on "Autoresponders" under the "Email Manager" option.
  • On the new page, if you're creating autoresponders for the first time, you will see a list with no data to display.
  • To create an autoresponder, click on the "Create Autoresponder" option on the right side.
  • Fill in the required details, including the responder address, subject prefix, and content type, and select the reply frequency from the drop-down menu.
  • In the responder message, include the text for the automatic response. Optionally, you can enter an email address for the "Send a CC to" purpose.
  • Once you have completed filling out the information, click the "Save" option, and a confirmation message will appear.
  • Return to the autoresponder home page, where you will find the newly created autoresponder.
