This is to notify you on eWallHost system upgradation, as we are upgrading our WHMCS version from 5.3 to version 7.2.
On account of eWallHost website migration, your service area at ewallhost.com will not accessible on 5th August at 3 AM IST to 8 AM IST.
We assure you that these four hours your domains and services will be active without any interruption.
Any issues or errors related to website development which due to client’s influence will not be liable to eWallHost site upgradation.
The below activities will be affected during the process:
- You cannot place orders at ewallhost.com
- Domain control panel for domain management like DNS changes, domain email, domain forwarding, will not be possible.
- Viewing your funds/invoices at ewallhost.com and making pending payments will not be possible.
- Upgrading or downgrading the services at ewallhost.com
The below activities will not be affected during the process:
- Your domains will be active with no interruption to DNS system and emails.
- Your web hosting service will be active and you can manage your hosting in your hosting control panel.
- You can access your VPS and Servers through control panels and SSH.
Please do the service management and domain management like DNS changes/Email creations before or after the migration
